Rulau list Pa 91 through 98a under Edward Cogan although neither dies refers directly to him. The obverse is a Washington die used on an Idler token (Pa 229) combined with the 1860 wreath reverse. These are also listed in Musante as GW-269 and this is where I will be listing them.
